North Dakota Billiard Foundation

North Dakota Community and Rec was formed in 2016 as a 501c3 nonprofit charity committed to providing a broad range of help in the communities we serve. Addressing the needs of the disadvantaged the elderly and disabled veterans patients that are diagnosed with a serious illness student athletes recreation and youth organizations. NDCR also is committed to promoting a lifelong love of pool and building the next generation of players through youth programs and academic scholarships.
