Child courses and outreach: nempac provides high-quality instruction and access to music, theatre, and dance training through its youth classes both afterschool programs and early childhood. Its partnerships with local schools supports in-school and after-school access and affordability to music for students of all ages and abilities.
Summer programs and full-day workshops are offered between four to six weeks throughout the summer months, many of which are performance-based. Students engage in music theatre troupe, meet the instruments, dance programs, and teen intership programs. Many of the programs also complement the free community nempac summer concert series.
