Miracle on Britton - The Miracle on Britton is a development consisting of 28 Fee Simple Shared Equity homes developed in collaboration with the private market and city/county governments. The homes are deed restricted to designate each home for a certain income, require that the home be owner occupied, and a resale formula allows wealth creation but protects the home from pricing to the market. Upon completion, this project will provide 28 families with beautiful homes the call their own and proivde a blueprint for restoring homeownership opportunities for local workers living in Kootenai County.
