The primary focus of this foundation is to fund and operate the Aurora Borealis Lions Eyeglass Recycling & Vision Center of North Pole, Alaska; and to advance community based assistance for persons (in need) requiring eye care (eyeglasses, eye-exams, low-vision assistive devices, or more complex and expensive eye care/surgeries; all while fostering community awareness, bond and willingness to demonstrate their resilience in helping each other.
