Form 990-EZ, Part III - Organization's Primary Exempt Purpose: The mission of North Star Community Rowing is to empower individuals, transform lives, and build community through the sport of rowing. In 2024, NSCR provided indoor rowing training and on-the-water rowing programs to those in the community who have been traditionally excluded from the sport including people with physical disabilities and those who lack financial or geographic access to rowing at private rowing clubs in the Twin Cities.
