Residential programs - residential treatment programs provide 24-hour individualized care to emotionally disturbed adolescents, children and their families in two distinct community homes in western massachusetts. Treatment is designed to meet the specific needs of each resident. Clients are treated in a milieu setting by a multidisciplinary team. Number of individuals served: 23

Family support services/outpatient client services - the ncyf team serves children, families and adults in the community who are experiencing emotional distress by providing case management and clinical support. Number of individuals served: 667

The agency also operates three after-school programs that are activity based to provide additional support to children and families.

Lease of school to new england adolescent research institution, inc, (neari) to provide special education services to emotionally disturbed, behavioral, neurologically challenged adolescents between the ages of 7 and 22. School was formerly operated by, and continues to serve the same population served by northeast center for youth and families. Some of ncyf clients attend this school. The school was sold to neari in december, 2023.
