THE NORTHEAST COONHOUND RESCUE IS AN ALL-VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION THAT SPECIALIZES IN COONHOUNDS AND BEAGLES THAT ARE ABANDONED OR LEFT AS STRAYS FOR NOT BEING PERFECT HUNTING DOGS BRINGING THEM FROM THE HIGH KILL SHELTERS IN THE SOUTH AND BRINGING THEM TO NEW ENGLAND. I HAVE ADOPTED 2 OF MY 3 COONHOUNDS FROM THEM AND VOLUNTEER WITH THEM AS OFTEN AS I CAN. THEY GIVE AS MUCH AS THEY CAN AND REALLY ARE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND ADOPT DOGS FROM THEM. ALSO, IF YOU EVER HAVE MET A HOUND THEY ARE THE GOOFIEST LOUDEST DOGS YOU HAVE EVER MET. THEY LOVE TO WANDER AND EXPLORE THEIR LAND BUT HAVE THE FLOPPIEST EARS AND GIVE BY FAR THE BEST CUDDLES.
