Revolving loan fund - program provides funds to qualified business for the purpose of job creation/retention and economic development. Interest earned is used to cover costs of administering the program. Principal repayments & remaining interest increase pool of loanable funds. Approximately 132 loans were being serviced as of year-end.

Economic development - programs include planning projects for economic development in the six county area served by nmpdd. Also, providing computer services for participating counties, preparing grant applications and administering approximately 15 cdbg projects for cities & counties.

Youth services - provide tuition assistance and other support for youth. Approximately 200 scholarships were granted in the current year.
