Northeast Oregon Water Association

1. Coordination with private land owners and other entities to identify and faciliate financial packages to support the implementation of the columbia river tributary and groundwater improvement. 2. Columbia river water development policy and projects to include lobbying activity in the state of oregon to assist members and other entities to obtain water rights and funding assistance for infrastructure to develop sustainable columbia river water supplies. 3. Deep basalt groundwater savings to include policy development and lobbying at the state of oregon level to develop a groundwater banking policy.
