Mission
The northern california american saddlebred horse association is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. The club is set up to help educate the public about the american saddlebred horse and foster regional ownership and enjoyment of the breed. The organization is a local charter club of the national american saddlebred horse association (asha) and part of the association's worldwide network of more than 50 charter clubs. Our charter club promotes saddlebreds at the local level and helps newcomers to learn more about the breed, as well as offer many equine and social activities for everyone's education and enjoyment. Typical activities for the charter club includes putting on horse shows, riding in parades, participating in horse fairs, presenting annual awards, trail rides and other popular equine pastimes. Ncasha is located in northern california, but has members throughout the western states.
