To provide health services to eligible american indians in the service areas of Colusa, Glenn, and Yolo counties and portions of Butte and Tehama counties. Medical and dental services are provided to the general community as well.

DHHS IHS AFA Department of Health and Human Services - Indian Health Services, Annual Funding Agreements Comprehensive health services are provided to the Native American population of Colusa, Glenn, Yolo and portions of Tehama and Butte counties including direct patient care, immunizations, health promotion and disease prevention.

State Opioid Response III: Funding of treatment services for un/under-insured patients with Opioid Use in Willows and Woodland.

CRIHB TLOC/TMAT - The California Rural Indian Health Board, Tribal Local Opioid Coalitions/Tribal Medication Assisted Treatment program's major focus is designed to meet the specific MAT needs of California's Native American communities by increasing access to treatment, reducing unmet treatments needs, and reducing opioid overdose-related deaths through the provision of prevention, treatment, and recovery support activities for opioid use disorder.

Partnership - grant funds to improve vaccine access to disadvantage community that have a large share of Medi-Cal beneficiary population.
