DHHS IHS AFA Department of Health and Human Services - Indian Health Services, Annual Funding Agreements Comprehensive health services are provided to the Native American population of Colusa, Glenn, Yolo and portions of Tehama and Butte counties including direct patient care, immunizations, health promotion and disease prevention.

IHP Grant: Funding of grant was to support expenses of Medical Providers.

State Opioid Response III: Funding of treatment services for un/under-insured patients with Opioid Use in Willows and Woodland.

DHHS IHS SDPIDepartment of Health and Human Services - Indian Health Services Special Diabetes Program Initiative: This program provides diabetes detection and testing services to the Native-American population of Colusa, Glenn, Yolo, and portions of Tehama and Butte Counties.

DHHS IHS Dementia Awareness: Funding of the grant is to service and address Dementia needs to Native Americans.

Elevate Youth Program - is fund through the DHCS Proposition 64, Youth education prevention early intervention and treatment for Native Americans

ACE grant- Provider received ACEs screening certification training, attended meetings with Glenn County staff, and worked on building a referral structure.

PATH CITED - the initivate will provide funding to enable the transition, expansion and development of ECM and Community support capacity and infrastructure.

First 5 - AAA Child Passenger Safety Program - This program supports the distribution of car seats and the promotion of car seat safety and education events.

Perinatal Partnership QIP - improvement of process and health outcomes in prenatal care.

UCD Cancer Screening & Smoking Cession Grant - design, implement, and evalutate an intervention approach that would increase lung cancer screening in the context of smoking cessation for their eligible Native American patients.

CRIHB TLOC/TMAT - The California Rural Indian Health Board, Tribal Local Opioid Coalitions/Tribal Medication Assisted Treatment program's major focus is designed to meet the specific MAT needs of California's Native American communities by increasing access to treatment, reducing unmet treatments needs, and reducing opioid overdose-related deaths through the provision of prevention, treatment, and recovery support activities for opioid use disorder.

Partnership - grant funds to improve vaccine access to disadvantage community that have a large share of Medi-Cal beneficiary population.
