Community spay/neuter voucher program - distributes spay & neuter vouchers for community cats & dogs throughout the year by mail to residents within its service area.voucher requests are made via a dedicated hotline (209- 732-6194) and vouchers are redeemed at participating veterinary clinics. The cost of each procedure is reimbursed directly to the clinics by npc's treasurer.
