In the schools 2nd year a significant community support and giving campaign was undertaken. The primary goal of the campaign was to raise funds for the construction of a playground. The appropriate funds were raised and the playground was completed in April 2025. The students body was solicited for their input on what they would most like to see be improved at the school and this was their overwhelming choice. The 3rd grade students were chosen to design and spec it out solicit bids determine costs secure equipment and labor and participate in construction. The entire school including staff was to commit the project to Gods care through prayer. This was a valuable life experience for all the students and staff. The most important lesson they took away from this endeavor was that God is faithful as they say how He responded to all the prayers in a multitude of ways to enable a successful completion of the playground!!!
