NorthStar Learning Collaborative is organized to satisfy our local residents with underserved educational needs as well as providing services to help isolated residents to reach out to the community. We will implement our purpose by encouraging our clients to develop habits of life-long learning, by providing them affordable, feasible learning opportunities through various programs geared towards unique needs of different clients.
