Our mission is to stimulate a focusing of all available resources upon the goal of enabling area low-income families and individuals of all ages to attain skills, knowledge, and motivations, and secure the opportunities needed for them to become self-sufficient

Energy assistance and weatherization program is for low income families to help pay home heating bills and provide income qualified people with free home energy audits, insulation, and heating system evaluation and repair as a cost-effective way of reducing their energy bills. 1,382 households served.
Services were provided for homeless prevention, youth services, block grant activities, emergency services, economic development and health insurance services.
