Case management - the case manager's primary goal is to provide seniors in our community the support, services, opportunities, and resources needed to remain safe and independent in their homes such as: confidential services, information, and referrals regarding in-home services available locally and throughout dane county; in-home safety and home-delivered meal assessments through home visits and phone calls; prescription drug and medicare supplement insurance help; medical assistance coordination; federal and county benefit programs; and life lines and medical equipment loans.

Adult day program - offering relief for caregivers by providing a safe, engaging and comfortable social atmosphere for persons with alzheimer's or dementia.

Activities - provides various activities regularly including bingo, dominos, educational seminars, live music, shopping trips, dine outs, and day trips. Transportation services are provided daily for individuals age 60 or older to and from their own homes for meals, shopping, wellness, and activity programs.

Cycling without age is based on generosity and kindness. It starts with the obvious generous act of taking one or two elderly people out on a bike ride. Cycling without age is about creating a multitude of new relationships and letting people age in a positive context.
