To harness private sector and public sector resources and to foster private/public cooperation in emergency services, life saving services, mobility options, education and assistance in support of the municipal emergency services authority of lancaster county (mesa). To support, improve, raise funds for and/or promote emergency medical services, employer education and apparatus support; consumer awareness, information and education; municipal services and information. To create the organization structure needed to manage, fund, market, research and administer these efforts. Advocacy programs to promote the use of emergency services in its first due service area.
