These services are provided and coordinated within the wellness home model and are patient-centered, dentist-directed, comprehensive, accessible, continuous, and organized to meet the needs of the individual patient served.

Behavioral health - to promote and maintain good mental and behavioral health of our patients by increasing health knowledge, providing an immediate access point, and coordinating care within the wellness home model.
