The community services block grant (csbg) program seeks to address poverty at the community level provide employment, education, income management, housing, nutrition, emergency services, and health services.

The supportive housing program is provided to help homeless persons achieve residential stability, increase their skill levels and/or incomes, and obtain greater self-determination (i.e., more influence over decisions that affect their lives).

Multi-purpose programs encompassing nutrition services, community services, senior services, homelessness services, transportation services and emergency assistance services.
