The specific purposes of the corporation are to provide quality harm reduction services to individuals who use substances and sex workers. Harm reduction services will include but are not limited to syringe service programming, naloxone distribution, education and training for people who use substances. The corporation will also operate a training and technical assistance branch for any agencies looking to incorporate quality harm reduction services in their institution.
