Novato paint the town red, inc. Is a community partnership with the citizen of the year committee. Pttr plans and produces novatos birthday party each year, commemorating the date when novato became a city. The event brings us together to strengthen friendships, forge new ones and appreciate the wonderful community we have. Pttr acknowledges the safety employees of the year, the businesses of the year, special awards and the citizen of the year.
