Sti & prep services: we provide free sexually transmitted infection (sti) testing and treatment through our walk-in clinic. In 2024 we served 1,063 individuals with our sti and prep services. The clinic focuses on prevention education while providing high quality care to all individuals. Through these services, labs, treatment, condoms and prevention counseling are provided and accessible at no charge for those uninsured and underinsured. Testing offered through this program include testing for: hiv, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, and herpes simplex. Prep (pre-exposure prophylaxis) provided for the prevention of hiv and is offered as a compatible service to our sti as well as to ongoing patients of novus. In 2024 we served 221 individual's through our prep program.

Programs & services: in addition to medical services, novus health continues to address the health and wellness of the whole person by addressing some of the social determinants of health and assisting clients with access to care and supportive services. Through our community health worker program novus health reached over 3,600 individuals in 2024 through one-on-one appointments, assistance with medicaid and snap enrollments, connection to food services, and performing outreach services to engage new clients/patients into services. This work has expanded our community partnerships and has increased our presence in both the st. Louis region and in the southeast regions of missouri.
