Nutrition And Services For Seniors

Our transportation program provide curb-to-curb demand response services to seniors and individuals with disabilities to promote independent living by providing coordinated transportation for life sustaining services as well as for education, employment, shopping, public services and recreation in both rural and urban areas. This ever expanding program includes service in both jefferson and hardin counties as well as service to medicaid patients in our area. Approximately 2,000 individuals utilize these programs with almost 36,310 rides provided.

Other program services include, carenet medical alert system, ensure nutritional supplement discount program, and an animeals program.
