Nysna Retiree Health Fund At Flushing Medical Center

The trust is established for the exclusive purpose of providing reimbursiement of qualifying medical expenses for eligible retired covered employees upon their retirement, as provided in the collective bargaining agreement, and to further provide the means for financing and maintaining the operation and administration of the trust and the plan.
