Nysna Retiree Health Trust Fund At The Brooklyn Hospital Center

The trust is established for the exclusive purpose of providing reimbursement of qualifying medical expenses for eligible retired covered employees upon their retirement, as provided in the collective bargaining agreement, and to further provide means for financing and maintaining the operation and administration of the trust and the plan.
