Agriculture leadership activities the union county farm bureau structure of organizational leadership provides many opportunities for member leaders to keep abreast of issues that affect agriculture. Local board members attend organizational & educational meetings each month. They participate in other local agricultural & educational meetings each month. They participate in other local acricultural civic & community organizations. Leaders attend district state & national conferences to network with farmers & other agriculturalists to learn about current issues facing agriculture. A highly developed committee structure provides leadership opportunities for members through meetings, regular communications and agriculture activities.

Youth leadership the union county farm bureau supports youth in agriculture across the county. Union county farm bureau gives scholarships to youth in union county who are pursuing agricultural degrees.
