Jessie Veeder performed in concert at the Ellendale Opera House. Veeder writes and sings about the badlands of Western North Dakota where she grew up and is now working raising kids and cattle as the fourth generation on her family's cattle ranch. Her career spans over 20 years as a working and touring musician that write the story of the working men and women in the small towns, ranches and oil fields of rural America.

Local musicians performed "Olde Tyme Jam Session" at the Opera House featuring North American folk music. Acoustic instrumentation of fiddle, guitar, and accordion was featured.
