To provide support and opportunity for spiritual growth to members of/and aspirants to the discalced carmelite secular order in las cruces and surrounding areas; and to develop and support a monastery (saint joseph and saint teresa benedicta of the cross) to house religious (nuns) of the discalced carmelites.
