Off Base Club Inc

A. To preserve the traditions and to promote the interests of all activities consistent with the ncoa's non-profit, fraternal charter which will enhance the public image of enlisted service members, active duty and honorably discharged. B. To band together, in fellowship, those nco's and petty officers (po's), who have been honorably discharged from the service and personnel that actively support the aims and goals of the association but are not eligible for other categories of membership. We will develop fraternal relations and close cooperation among them and their families. C. To promote the ideals of american freedom and democracy and to maintain true allegiance to american institutions. D. To extend the offer of membership to all eligible members of the enlisted corps, without discrimination as to race, color, sex, national origin or religious beleif, but which can be accomplished by the group, for the benfit of each indvidual and the good of our nation, by achieving "strength in unity".
