To provide support for individuals with mental illness through education,peer support,learning and advocating.To unite and empower individuals with mental illness to decrease the stigma and help the public to become aware that individuals with mental health issues should not be judged by their diagnosis,but by the same standards set for others of the community.

Soul Haven is a consumer drop in the center in Hagerstown,Washington County,Maryland,which provides a place for fellowship,safety,and access to computers for persons with mental illness and other comorbid conditions.Also,provides planned activities, community involvement and referral services for those in need of additional services.

OCA-Community Peer Support Services Re-entry Program is dedicated to serving adults exiting the prison system by providing connections to resources to establish stability whereby reducing the likeihood of recidivism. Services include ssecuring entitlements,, employment, education, health service asssistance and direct peer to peer support.
