Improving the lives of farmworkers and low-income individuals in rural communities through affordable housing, advocacy, building financial assets and other innovative solutions.

Networking/policy/information assistance - research and provide information to interested parties on rural/farmworker housing needs and programs/resources available at the local, state and federal levels. Support policy efforts to improve delivery and effectiveness of the programs.
Technical assistance (ta) - provide technical assistance to organizations considering developing affordable housing serving low-income rural and/or farmworker households. Expenses for these services can be covered by government contracts to provide technical assistance. Service provided in aberdeen, cascade locks, cashmere, forks, leavenworth, okanogan, omak, othello, raymond shelton, spokane, toppenish, white swan and yakima. Totaling 346 units.
Part iii 4(d) financing for housing the organization periodically provides financing to their housing sponsors. During 2024, the organization met administrative and reporting requirements of usda rural development and the cdfi fund associated with a portion of these lending activities. Said requirements are associated with previous awards of capital from these agencies.
