Ogden Community Foundation A Nonprofit Corporation

The corporation is oragnized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, education, public health, public recreation or other public purpose by conducting or supporting activities and facilities exclusively for the benefit of ogden city and the citizens of the city, including, but not limited to programs, services, buildings, equipment and other facilities for this purpose.
