Occrra enhances the statewide system of child and youth learning and development experiences to achieve high quality outcomes for ohio children and families. We accomplish our mission by, supporting ohio's network of child care resource & referral agencies, collaborating with other networks and partners, implementing statewide programs that improve service quality, and advocating for policy improvements.

Teach early childhood ohio provides scholarships to teachers and family child care providers to earn degrees and credentials in early childhood education.
The ohio professional registry (opr) is ohio's workforce registry information system that promotes individual professional growth and development. The opr captures data about early childhood, child serving agencies and school age professionals in a variety of roles and settings and serves as a comprehensive data repository for employment, professional development, education and credentials. The opr has over 140,000 active users.
