Inner peace corps youth leadership program and ok challenge - this growing, youth-led creative wellness movement engages high school students in drawing on their experience and creativity to design strategies for supporting inner wellness.

Partnerships and collaborations - by collaborating with school counselors, educators, and culturally-specific program partners on the development and implementation of projects and resources, ok you is able to multiply its reach and impact with strategies that continue to expand within communities, fostering resilience and self-care habits in youth that have a lasting, positive impact on their academic and personal lives.

Youth, family and community workshops - ok you offers workshops designed to inspire youth and youth supporters to use their creativity to see worry in a new way - as a source of imagination, empathy, wisdom, and healing. Through creative wellness projects and other resources, participants can gain practice exploring, expressing, and befriending their emotions.

Professional development training - through train-the-trainer offerings, ok you brings vital tools and turnkey creative wellness projects and resources to school counselors and educators throughout oregon, inspiring a destigmatized, strength-based relationship with anxiety for thousands of students.

Ok kit distribution and support - currently in use at participating organizations like the dougy center, randall children's hospital, guerreras latinas, brown girl rise, and nw anxiety institute, these pocket-sized self-care kits are customized by youth and families with personally meaningful notes, tools, and other reminders of their strong, calm, creative, and courageous "ok" selves. To date we've distributed more than 1,000 kits.
