To provide leadership, resources and partnership oppotunities for conservation districts and those who manage the land to enhance our natural resources for a better oklahoma.
Programs

Climate smart supports and facilitates the development of climate resilience plans and projects. Climate smart resource management works to integrate agricultural methods that adapt to the changing climate.
Oacd annual meeting- this event brings together over 400 conservation leaders from throughout oklahoma for continuing education and interaction to help further conservation and stewardship work on private land in oklahoma. The meeting also hosts the state finals of the oacd speech, poster and essay contest, which helps incentivize students to learn more about good conservation and its benefit to the environment and economy.
Range judging competition- each year over 1,000 contestants and sponsors from over 30 states participate in this program that helps educate youth from around the country on the benefit of good land management practices through the land and range judging.
