I. Introduce, establish and mature a community festival utilizing the data collected from the community festival survey and with the direction of the community festival ad hock committee.II. Continue to strengthen our relationship with the City of Okmulgee, County of Okmulgee and OADC by supporting community development opportunities and economic development activities and thereby encourage positive growth and perception of our community. Our Spring Fling craft fair was held on April 20, 2024 at the Okmulgee County Fairgrounds. We had over 150 attendees enjoy 52 vendors, including artists of all kinds. We had 6 volunteers help with planning and setup.
The Okmulgee Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet was not held in 2024.
The Chamber Ambassadors assisted at ribbon cuttings to promote new business. They worked at the Chamber booth for the Pecan Festival. They also assisted at legislative forums.
