Old Timers Baseball Association is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and education purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, including promoting, advancing and teaching amateur baseball at all levels of play and to recognize those that have played and been active in the game of baseball.
