Mission

On course foundation empowers wounded, injured and ill veterans to rebuild their confidence, purpose, and sense of belonging through golf. Our mission is to help each member rediscover their potential by combining golf instruction, competitive and social events, and a structured program of career training and education. Through our network of industry partners, we connect veterans to meaningful employment opportunities across the golf sector, including coaching, club operations, retail, hospitality, and event management. Golf is more than a game for our members. It is a proven tool for rehabilitiation, community and lasting personal growth.
