Mission
OTWOA provides immediate, tangible, and no red-tape resources to survivors of domestic violence. Our mission is to ensure women and children find safety, stability, and hope during crisis and in rebuilding their lives.
Programs

Community support & empowerment programs: we create safe community spaces and empowerment opportunities for survivors through events, mentorship, and educational workshops. Programs include wellness and mental health panels, financial literacy sessions, youth support initiatives, and community resource days such as "beauty beyond trauma" (a free salon day for survivors). These initiatives help survivors heal, connect with community, and access resources for long-term empowerment.
