Onancock Main Street Initiative

The corporation is organized exclusively for non-profit purposes, including, but not limited to (i) the education of the public regarding revitalization techniques, conservation of, and the benefits, in general, of downtown onancock, virginia; (ii) the availability of and exposure to the arts and cultural activities of downtown onancock, virginia; and (iii) the historic preservation and beautification of downtown onancock, virginia. The corporation shall have all the powers granted under va. Code ann. 13.1-826, as amended from time to time, and any other applicable statute.
