OnBoard is the leading authority on women in the boardroom and executive suites of Georgia public companies. OnBoard advocates for women inspires them to take leadership roles and connects them to opportunities. OnBoard fields a study benchmarking the number of women on corporate boards in Georgia and prepares its members for Board positions through its OnBoard Accelerator and Ignite programs.

The OnBoard Accelerator classes take a cohort of qualified women and help them get closer to their goal of serving on a for-profit board. With a focus on personal marketing skills the course prepares each woman for the board interview process ensuring that she can clearly articulate the value she brings to the table.
The spring luncheon meeting featuring a panel style discussion with female General Counsels.
Other program services include the OnBoard Ignite program career services and other events with speakers or networking to support women seeking Board membership.
