2. Curricula & resource development one circle foundation supports the effective implementation of our circle models by offering comprehensive activity guides, facilitator manuals, and evaluation tools. In 2024, we continued expanding and improving our resources to meet the evolving needs of youth service professionals, including hiring a director of curricula to oversee the quality and success of all aspects of ocf curriculum development. New curriculum release: all together rising: sessions for youth in adversity launched in march 2024, this curriculum provides facilitators with structured, trauma-informed sessions to support youth facing adversity, including teen suicide prevention, depression, loss and grief, labor and sex trafficking, housing and food insecurity, and community violence. Updated curricula: we executed an extensive update of the girls circle body image activity guide, women's circle being a well woman activity guide, and the council for boys and young men facilitator manual, along with updating research, citations, and minor revisions to seven other activity guides.curriculum accessibility: we expanded our digital curriculum library, releasing 4 new digital guides and 10 individual digital sessions, making resources more affordable and easier and faster to access. Total curricula ordered: 5,341, with the top three most-ordered guides being 1. All together rising: sessions for youth in adversity, 2. Pride, 3. Mitigating gender and racial bias: intersectionality and allyship. Impact: organizations across education, youth services, and mental health sectors increased their capacity to provide structured, strengths-based support to youth, using our curricula to foster resilience, connection, and self-efficacy.

3. During the year, one circle foundation strategically invested reserve funds to expand program capacity and infrastructure in alignment with our long-term growth plan. Consultation and responsive services to facilitators and programs in need. Beyond training and curricula, one circle foundation provides continued professional support to facilitators through resources, consultations, and technical assistance.facilitator consultation & support: we continued our no-cost facilitator support program and expanding it to include facilitator circle experiences, offering 13 live zoom sessions and providing 10 activity guides valued at $1,764 to facilitators seeking guidance. We provided in-person and online customized consultation, including demonstration circles, for 3 agencies and 57 individuals. Scholarships: we awarded 127 scholarships, totaling $39,538, to facilitators needing financial assistance to attend training and/or acquire curricula. Curriculum digitization: we expanded our digital offerings, allowing organizations to access curricula at a lower cost with enhanced usability features.additional resources: we developed and shared facilitator resources, including "supporting neurodivergent youth in circle and "adapting ocf curricula for all populations". These resources provide practical tools to help facilitators meet the needs of youth. Impact: these efforts ensured that facilitators received ongoing professional development, access to critical resources, and financial support to sustain and grow their circle programs.
