One Heart Ministries, Ltd. is not an operating entity. This entity exists solely for the purpose of holding title to real property. The entity intends to enter into one or more lease agreements, and income received under the lease agreements (less expenses) will be turned over to Christian Childrens Home of Ohio Inc., an Ohio non-profit corporation with tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3).
