Mission
The fund is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The purpose is to provide charitable aid in the form of financial assistance to current, former, and future full-time and part-time employees, independent contractors, or other individuals providing services to, or at, the creek including family members & dependents (collectively the creek beneficiaries) impacted adversely by the covid-19 crisis, and in future, emergency hardship situations, including presidentially declared disasters. The fund will provide charitable aid in the form of financial assistance to the creek beneficiaries to relieve economic hardship arising from death, injury, illness, abuse, accident, natural disaster, or other personal or family emergency that is not work related. The fund intends to provide scholarships to eligible creek beneficiaries directly related to attendance at colleges or universities. Finally, the fund also intends to provide grants to irc section 501(c)(3) organization
