To be a support organization for all of the police and fire departments in memphis and shelby county tennessee. To provide financial assistance to immediate family of any fire or law enforcement officer killed in the line of duty. To publicly recognize these fallen officers. To administer valor and community service award recognition, and to provide scholarships and other support.
