One Life Counseling Center

School-based services focus on strengthening the resilience of students by empowering students to utilize mindfulness resources in the classroom, providing coping tools for daily use, art therapy and connecting youth who have experienced trauma with safety net services as well as individual and group counseling.

Crisis response services allow staff to respond to critical community needs with food distribution partnering with second harvest, cash/food gift card relief, clothing and diaper distribution, and toy distribution.

Community-based services include coaching and group facilitation for support groups with youth and parents, providing mental health services to local police athletic league youth participants, music and memory therapy for seniors, life skills development with english language learners and continuing education for non-profit staff and other community service groups.
