Sylhet farm community gardening program - the farm provided 76 gardeners, many of whom are first-generation immigrants from bangladesh and yemen, with everything they needed to grow their ethnic vegetables on garden plots ranging from 40 to 600 square feet. The farm produced around 1,300 pounds of vegetables and fruits distributed for free or at a very low cost to community residents of banglatown in detroit and hamtramck at the sylhet farmers market. Volunteers gave over 28,000 service hours at sylhet farm.

Women's health program (sisterhood fitness) - the program served 137 women who came through the doors of sisterhood fitness for an exercise class or a field trip. In addition, 38 women and girls participate in the annual sisterhood fitness walkathon and health challenge, a fundraiser that is also an opportunity to build intercultural relationships.
