Data and analytics work continued to build out the use and capabilities of the arcadia analytics software. Efforts were made to develop dashboards that aligned with population health model enhancements, provision access to data necessary to meet quality targets, streamline the distribution of reports, and generate multi-payer analyses for network participants. Data were share with network participants in practice level meetings, health service area consultations, standardized reports, and through the delivery of ad hoc analyses and insights.

Payment reform onecare maintained and enhanced all preexisting payment reform initiatives in spirit of reliable revenue models divorced from fee-for-service dynamics. The medicaid fixed payment model was evolved to include a total hospital expenditure component designed to reward hospitals that reduced total hospital utilization for their patients, regardless of the hospital at which the care was delivered. The comprehensive payment reform program continued in similar form with updates made to the primary care spend rate target and risk score updates for practices. The medicaid global payment program model was operated in similar form to test the possiblility of hospitals global budgets. Relating to the population health model program, the blend of base payments and bonus payments was again adjusted to add more weight to outcomes. Additionally, financial incentives were provided to practices meeting mental health screening targets.
