Onejax builds the conditions for belonging in a pluralistic community. We bring people of all faiths and backgrounds together through shared learning, service, and action equipping youth to lead with compassion, fostering understanding across differences, and celebrating those who inspire kindness and courage in our community.

Youth leadership programs: the sandy miller oneyouth programs equip the next generation to lead with empathy and integrity. Through immersive experiences and community engagement, youth develop self-awareness, strengthen their understanding of differences, and practice the skills of building respect, understanding, and connection. From middle school through college, young leaders learn how to become agents of change who help shape a more compassionate jacksonville.
