The specific purposes of this Corporation shall include but not be limited to a develop a new innovative behavioral health campus that will provide support for a comprehensive holistic multi-sector system of care for mental health behavioral health and medical health care providers serving Wichita and Southcentral Kansas b collaborate with such service providers to enhance service delivery and encourage new innovation in order to better care for all in the community c develop land design concepts construction fundraising and support services to bring integrated health service providers together at one physical campus to create an enhanced model for collaborative care and d provide campus support to all such integrated health service providers located at the campus The campus will serve the general community people experiencing homelessness mental illness substance use disorders and behavioral health issues in the Wichita and South Central Kansas
